SHIPPING AREA
Tiny Weenies currently ships to addresses within the United States.
SHIPPING RATES
Standard shipping is free on US orders over $45.
Orders under $45 ship for a flat rate of $6.99. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.
During product launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Standard US delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages. You may receive more than one shipping confirmation or tracking number.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error, email support@tinyweenies.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing or ships.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears lost, email support@tinyweenies.com with your order number.
We will review the shipment and help determine the appropriate next step.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Eligible size and color exchanges and returns for store credit are free.
Cash refunds have a flat $6 return-label and handling fee, deducted from the approved refund.
