Sizing & Fit

How do I find the right size for my dachshund?

Measure your dog’s chest girth (the widest part behind the front legs) and neck circumference. Use our Size Guide for breed-specific measurements — the gear we stock is sized around the dachshund’s proportions.

What if the size doesn’t fit?

Swap it, free. Reach out within 30 days of delivery and we’ll email you a prepaid return label at no charge — size and colour exchanges cost you nothing. Your new size ships as soon as your return is received and processed. Want to skip the swap entirely? Send us your dog’s measurements before you order and we’ll recommend the right size.

Do you stock gear for both miniature and standard dachshunds?

Yes. The size range we stock covers miniature dachshund puppies through large standard dachshunds. Check the Size Guide for the full breakdown.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free US shipping on all orders over $45. Orders under $45 ship for a flat $6.99. See our Shipping page for full details.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and standard US delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipping. Some items ship from our fulfillment partners and may take 5–10 business days to arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only, but we’re working on it. Join our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping launches.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery, on unused items in original condition. Exchanges and store credit are free — we send a prepaid label at no charge. If you'd rather have a cash refund, a flat $6 handling fee covers the return label. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

How do I start a return or swap?

Contact us with your order number and we’ll take care of the rest.

Are your harnesses safe for dachshunds with IVDD?

Our harnesses distribute pressure across the chest rather than the neck, which keeps pressure off the neck given the breed’s long spine. We aren’t able to make medical claims — always consult your vet for a dog with an existing spinal condition.

Are your products machine washable?

Most products are machine washable on a gentle, cold cycle. Check the individual product page for specific care instructions.

What materials are the products made from?

The gear we stock uses dog-safe materials throughout — no harsh dyes, no rough edges. Products come from the overseas manufacturers we source from. We review the sizing and listed materials before adding anything to the range.

Frequently asked

My dog is between sizes — which one do I pick?

Send us both measurements — chest and neck — and we'll call it for you rather than guessing. And if the first one is wrong, you have 30 days to swap sizes free — we send the prepaid label, no fee.

Is a harness really better for their back?

For a long-backed breed, absolutely. Clipping the leash to the chest keeps pressure off the neck and spine, where doxies are most vulnerable.

How do I measure my dachshund?

Wrap a soft tape around the chest at its widest point, just behind the front legs. That single number tells you the size to order — match it to the chart on our Size Guide.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then air dry. Skip the dryer and the hardware and stitching will stay like new.

How fast do you ship?

Orders ship within 1–3 business days, and US shipping is free on anything over $45. Once shipped, US orders typically arrive in about 5–12 business days — full details on our Shipping page, and you can follow your package anytime via Track My Order.

What's your return policy?

Do you really donate to rescue?

Not yet — giving back is a goal we're actively working toward. There's no donation program running today, and when one launches we'll say so on our about page.
