We want every adventure to start with the perfect fit. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Size swaps are free

Exchanging for a different size or colour costs you nothing. We email you a prepaid return label — no fee — and your new size ships as soon as your return is received and processed. Store credit works the same way.

Fit is the hard part with a dachshund, and we'd rather fix it than lose you over a label fee.

30-day window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition, with original packaging
  • Free of pet hair, odors, stains, or damage
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Refunds

If you'd rather have your money back than a different size, a flat $6 handling fee is deducted from your refund to cover the prepaid return label. That fee applies to cash refunds only — never to exchanges or store credit, and never when the fault is ours.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm by email. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and most are processed within 5–10 business days.

How to start a return or exchange

Email support@tinyweenies.com with your order number. Once approved, we'll send your prepaid label with instructions. Please don't ship anything back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Skip the swap entirely

Send us your dog's chest and neck measurements before you order and we'll tell you which size to buy. Check the Size Guide first, then send us the numbers.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery (photos help) and we'll make it right at no cost to you — no fee of any kind.

Items we can't take back

For health and safety reasons: used products, personalized items, final-sale or clearance items, gift cards, and anything washed, altered, or damaged after delivery. Unsure if your item qualifies? Just ask first.

Getting the fit right matters more to us than making a sale. If something isn't perfect, we'll make it right.

30-day returns

Send anything back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We just ask that items come back clean, unworn, and in like-new condition, with any tags still attached.

30-day size swaps

Wrong size? Email us within 30 days and we’ll send a prepaid label — a flat $6, deducted from your refund or exchange. One exception: if you sent us your dog’s measurements before ordering and the size we recommended turned out to be wrong, the exchange is on us — no label fee.

How to start a return or swap

  1. Email support@tinyweenies.com with your order number — and the size you need, if you're swapping.
  2. We'll reply within one business day with simple return instructions.
  3. For swaps, your replacement ships as soon as your return reaches us.

Refund timing

Once your return arrives back with us, your refund goes to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
