Rates

  • Free standard shipping on US orders over $45.
  • Orders under $45 ship for a flat $6.99.

Processing

  • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Some items ship from our trusted fulfillment partners and may need a little extra processing time.

Delivery (United States)

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after your order ships.
  • Items shipping directly from a fulfillment partner may take approximately 5–10 business days to arrive.

Tracking

The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment. You can also check status anytime on our Track My Order page.

Multiple packages

To get gear to you faster, items in the same order may ship from different locations and arrive separately — you'll get a tracking number for each shipment.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error, contact us right away — we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Orders of $45 or more ship free anywhere in the US. Orders under $45 ship at a flat $6.99 rate.

Delivery times

Once shipped, US orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days. Transit times are estimates rather than guarantees — carriers can run a little behind, especially around holidays.
